Top hotel brands grab honours at Maldives travel show
View(s):Well known resort brands grabbed the top awards at the MATATO Maldives Travel Awards 2014 held at the Kurumba Maldives resort on Friday, November 21.

MATATO (Maldivian Association of Travel and Tour Operators), the organizer of the only travel awards in the Maldives, also heaped praise on Singapore-based TTG Asia publications for its support to the industry.
The two main awards at the third edition of this event went to the Thai-based Minor International Plc group brands with Anantara – Kihavah Villas clinching the ‘Leading Beach Resort’ prize and Hunafen Fushi being recognized at the ‘Leading Luxury Resort’
The ‘Most Romantic Resort’ award went to Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, the ‘Leading Designer Resort’ to Dusit Thani and the ‘Leading International Airline’ award to Sri Lankan Airlines.
