Ambassador of Japan Nobuhito Hobo and Mrs. Tomomi Hobo hosted a reception at the Ambassador’s residence in Colombo to celebrate the birthday of the Emperor.  The guests including members of the diplomatic community enjoyed the evening with a spread of Japanese food laid out under the marquees in the garden.
