Leading global IT services provider, Newgen Software signs up with Just in Time group
View(s):Just in Time Group, a Sri Lankan-owned group involved in ICT systems integration, recently signed up with a leading Global provider of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, Newgen Software, as a strategic partner.
The inauguration of this strategic partnership was marked with a forum on ‘Leadership in Emerging Trends of Credit and Trade operations’ which was, attended by key personalities from the banking industry, in Sri Lanka, the company said in a statement last week.
Dr. Vickum Senanayake, CEO of Just In Time Group, making the keynote, spoke of the key challenges the industry faced while striving to keep pace in servicing the all-important “customer” happy and content. He highlighted the importance of speed to market, product life cycle management, identity management and security, process flow management while improving on the efficiencies and reducing the operational costs.
Speaking on the topic, H.P.S. Sethi, an independent banking consultant, discussed issues impacting banks in credit and trade business leading to changes in processes and technology necessary to thrive in digitally dominated world. He spoke on emerging trends in corporate, SME, retail credit originations and trade operations.
