Emagewise clients sweep Annual Report Awards
View(s):The Emagewise portfolio of clients performed exceptionally well at the 50th Annual Report Awards, claiming 14 gold awards, including the coveted Gold Award for overall excellence in Annual Financial Reporting for John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH) and the Overall Bronze for Sampath Bank PLC. The awards, organised by CA Sri Lanka at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre, saw Emagewise clients also walk away with 10 Silver Awards, 8 Bronze awards and 15 certificates of compliance, the company said in a media release.
JKH, an Emagewise client for over 10 consecutive years, claimed the Cyril Gardiner Memorial Trophy – the night’s top award – as well as the Gold Awards for Management Commentary and for Diversified Holdings Companies (above five subsidiaries) and a Silver Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting. Among the Emagewise-produced reports to win Gold Awards in their respective sectors were Association of Accounting Technicians, Laugfs Gas PLC, Ceylon Cold Stores PLC, HNB Assurance PLC, Aitken Spence Hotel Holdings PLC, United Motors Lanka PLC, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, Sampath Bank PLC, and Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC.
