Hilton Colombo Residences (HCR) announced exciting promotions commencing from Christmas through New Year. The hotel will host ‘The Party’ New Year Dinner Dance for the third consecutive year at Union Ballroom featuring ‘The Kings’, international dinner buffet, raffle draws and entertainment throughout the night for Rs. 10,000/- nett per person. Special beverage deals will also be available for each table of ten guests.
The menu highlights created by renowned Executive Chef, Priyal Wijesuriya will include ‘Smoked turkey with ginger orange jelly’, ‘Oriental sea bass and salmon roulade with curry lemongrass emulsion’, ‘Slow roasted Australian boneless lamb with red wine mine jus’, ‘Tuna / seer sashimi and Californian maki rolls’, ‘Fresh water oysters’, ‘Cognac infused rock lobster bisuqe’.
The Bar Lounge will feature favourite Christmas goodies such as ‘Love cake’, ‘Stollen’, ‘Breudher’, and festive chocolate boxes, perfect for gifting colleagues or family. Christmas Eve will be launched with a stylish A La Carte menu at the Verandah Bistro (Level 3) from 7.00pm until 11.00. Christmas Day celebration will include a festive brunch by the poolside from 12 Noon until 3.00pm for Rs. 3,500/- nett per person.
