Sri Lanka’s Ambassador General of the United Cultural Convention (UCC), Dr M.H.C.J. Ian was appointed its Secretary General recently.
The certificate of appointment was presented to Dr Ian at a colorful ceremony held at the International Congress of Arts, Communications, Science & Technology, Queens College, University of Cambridge, England, by International Biographical Center Director General, Nicholas Law.
The UCC unifies international multilingual people from all backgrounds, to promote Cultural and Ethical awareness.
