from January 2015. Hes already serves on the Boards of Softlogic Holdings PLC and Asiri Hospital Group, according to a company media release.
A veteran banker and architect of innovative banking, Mr. Premaratne has tremendous energy and business acumen to place Softlogic Finance PLC in an unrivalled position amongst the NBFIs. His visionary approach for strategic change management will provide necessary leverage to take Softlogic Finance PLC to the next level of growth.
Following the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Softlogic Finance PLC comprises; A.K. Pathirage (Chairman), H.Premaratne (Deputy Chairman/ Director), N.H.G. Wijekoon (Director/ CEO), T.M. I. Ahamed, S. Wickramasinghe, B.H.S. Jayawardena, C.J.E. Corea, D.T.C. Soza and S.N.P. Palihena.
