The arangetram of Manasa Manivannan, student of St. Bridget’s Convent, Colombo, Prashangi Chandrasegaram of Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya, Shankavi Anandaraja of Colombo International School and Nainaselvi Sagadevan who is on the tutorial staff of JMC College International will take place at the New Kathiresan Hall, Bambalapitiya on Saturday, February 7 at 5.30 p.m.

The four are disciples of Kalai Chelvi Smt. Nirmala John and will receive certificates from the Kali Kaviri College of Fine Arts, India and Nirmalanjali Academy of Bharathanatyam. Prof. S. Mathankumar of Kali Kaviri will be the special guest at the arangetram which takes place under the patronage of Prof. Ariyarathne Kaluarachchi, Vice Chancellor of the University of Visual and Performing Arts. The guest of honour will be veteran teacher Kalakeerthi Smt. Shanthini Sivanesan.
