Top professionals join CIC Group
View(s):The CIC group has appointed top professionals – Dinesh Weerakkody and Amal Cabraal – to its boards in the organisation.
Mr Weerakkody has been appointed to CIC Holdings PLC as an Independent non-Executive Director while Mr. Cabraal has been appointed as the non-Executive Chairman of CIC Feeds (Private) Ltd.
Mr. Weerakkody is currently the Chairman of HR Cornucopia Sri Lanka and a former Chairman of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC and the Employees Trust Fund Board of Sri Lanka.
Mr. Cabraal is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Sri Lanka and has over three decades of experience in general management, marketing and sales in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, India and Bangladesh.
