Kapuwa comes to Wendt
View(s):‘Kapuwa Kapothi’ Prof. Ediriweera Sarathchandra’s theatrical adaptation of Russian writer Nikolai Gogol’s ‘The Marriage’ will be staged at 3.30 pm and 7 pm on March 15 at the Lionel Wendt theatre, Colombo 7.
The play stars Wijeya Nandasiri, Deepani Silva, Sarath Kulathunga, lalith Rajapaksa, Wasamtha Vittachci, Ariyaratne Kaluarachchi, Kumudi Prashanthi and Kumari Manike and behind the screen Upali Weerasinghe handles stage lighting and Lalith Chandra does costume designs.
The play is organised by Jude Srimal and tickets are available only at the Lionel Wendt theatre and all seats are box planned.
