Young artists of British Council Art Club

Talented young learners at the British Council, Kandy developed their artistic talents from August to December 2014, under the guidance of Mr. Mahie Miriyagalla, an eminent art instructor in Kandy.
After fifteen fun filled art lessons comprising moulding, line drawing, shading etc., the kids readied themselves for the art exhibition and the competition within age groups 5 – 9 years and 10 –15 years.
The awards ceremony was held on Saturday February 21, 2015 with the participation of Mr. Ian Williams, Branch Manager, British Council, Kandy. The exhibition was open to the public from February 21–28, 2015.
