‘Gift of Life International’ comes to Sri Lanka
View(s):The ‘Gift of Life International’ programme, which has grown to be a global mission that has healed the failing hearts of thousands of children, officially launched, ‘Gift of Life Sri Lanka’, recently.
The launch was held under the patronage of Minister of Health & Indigenous Medicine, Dr Rajitha Senarathne, at the Galadari Hotel, Colombo.
Announcing the launch of this humanitarian project and CSR effort,’Gift of Life Sri Lanka’, Chairman, Gihan Siribaddana expressed his views on the concept.
Gift of Life International- Executive Director, Rob Raylman, Rotary International- Past President, Luis Gyai, Rotary International- Vice President, Celia Gyai, District Governor, Gowri Rajan, Gift of Life International- Director/Adviser, Jay Liyanage, Lady Ridgeway Hospital- Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist, Dr Duminda Samarasinghe, Gift of Life Sri Lanka- Directors, Nimal Samarakkody, Doulat Kundanmal, Theresa Liyanage, Deepal Abeysekara and Asoka Wickramasinghe graced the occasion.
