Kelum with ‘Oyai Mamai’

Kelum Tharanga, a talented young singer released his maiden songs ‘Oyai Mamai’ and ‘Vehi Lihini’ recently. Music for these two songs was composed by Kelum himself, and ‘Oyai Mamai’ lyrics was written by him, while ‘Vahi Lihiniye’ was penned by Vasheela Vanigasooriya.
The songs are too popular among the music lovers nowadays and can be listen through Video Mart 95, YouTube and Facebook and other websites as well.
Kalum an old boy of Kadawatha Maha Vidyalaya, started his music career since his school days. At the begining he was keen on playing drums and continued up to now as an auctopad player cum singer. He was the lead singer of the then Dubai based Sri Lankan band ‘Sahara Flash’.
‘I have continued as a singer with ‘Sahara Flash’ even in Sri Lanka for a quite a long time. Now my intention is to produce two music videos for these songs. Response from my fans are very high and I have been getting invited for musical concerts around the island’ he said.
