OKI Int. School’s shuttle competition a great success
View(s):The annual badminton tournament of OKI International School network took place recently for the 4th consecutive year at Holy Cross College Junior Indoor Stadium. More than one hundred participants under 5 to under 17 years took part in girls and boys categories in the competition. The school conducts this tournament annually with the participation of badminton players of the school with a view to improve badminton as a sport in its school network. OKI International School had marked its presence winning championships or runner-up trophies in all the tournaments that they have participated during 2015 and the last year.

Chavindu Dissanayake – under 15 boys singles runnerup
Kamalawarna and Prefect of Games Mr. Dinesh Dissanayake too graced the occasion. The tournament was supervised by the Head Coach Mahesha Ekanayake and Mrs. Thilina Wijesekara the Teacher-in-Charge of Badminton.
