Following the highly successful reunion concert of the Super Golden Chimes in April, DK Promotions are presenting another nostalgic concert featuring veteran entertainer Desmond De Silva.

Rhythms Of Sri Lanka – An Evening with Desmond De Silva will come alive on Sunday, May 10 at 7 p.m. at the BMICH. Promising a difference from his previous concerts, Desmond will sing his biggest hits covering a wide repertoire of both Sinhala and Western. Fans will also get to see him perform the complete concert with one of Sri Lanka’s top bands, the Marians. Desmond will be supported by Sunil Perera, Mariazelle and Nalin Perera.

Now based in Australia, the singer last performed in Sri Lanka in December 2013 when he celebrated his Golden Jubilee with a concert titled ‘The Journey’ which was also a presentation of DK Promotions.

“This concert will give all Desmond De Silva fans an opportunity to see him perform a full range of hits that he is known for,” said concert promoter Damayantha Kuruppu. Tickets are selling fast -please call Damayantha on 777 744950 for further details.
