In a bid to promote and uplift the standard of Hockey at St. Thomas’ College Matale, one of the leading hockey playing schools in the country, the Matale Old Thomians Hockey Association donated sports materials such as sticks, balls and goal keeping gloves worth several thousand rupees to their old ‘almamater’ at a simple ceremony held at the school.
