View(s):Celco Airtel, as well as IT companies Virtusa and MillenniumIT were some of the firms recognised at the “Top 20 Best Companies to Work for” Sri Lankan honours for 2015, which was held recently. This June 10 event was organised by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute along with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The selection of these three companies, as well as the 17 others recognised locally, resulted from a survey conducted by GPTW, of 60 firms operating locally that encompassed 14 diverse business sectors with over 12,000 employees in total. Firms electing to take part in the study were “measured by the quality of employee experience by an international Trust Index and Culture Audit.
