A theatre festival titled ‘Theatre Rahata’ by three young Sinhala playwrights Chamila Priyanka, Chamara Guruge and Asanka Sayakkara will be held from August 7 to 9 at the Namel-Malini Punchi Theatre, Borella.

Camila’s award winning play ‘Meya Thuwakkuwak Nowe’, Chamara’s ‘What a nice couple’ and ‘Sangadasage Chuti Kalisama’ will be stage on August 7,8 and 9 respectively.

Sponsored by ‘Ahasa’ media works of Charitha Dissanayake, the three plays represent three different styles and topics. The festival is to go around the country.
