French Cookery Demo at Alliance Française DE Colombo

The Alliance Française DE COLOMBO, only Institute with over 60 years experience in Teaching French Language in Sri Lanka held their Annual Cultural Exchange Programme and a French Cookery Demonstration with four Young Ladies from the South West of France participating. These four Young French Ladies worked with the students of Alliance Française DE COLOMBO for three weeks exchanging Ideas, making them aware of the French Culture and also helped to gain a working knowledge of the French Language by holding workshops.
The Cultural Exchange Programme finished with an Evening of French Cookery Demonstration by the Young French Ladies who were experts in French Cooking, demonstrating the skills of cookery. Gratin Dauphinois and Filet de Poulet Rôti à la Moutarde whack was followed by Cocktails. It was attended by a Large number of Students, parents, members and Sri Lankan and foreign guests.
