‘Heal the World’: Charity concert for dialysis patients
View(s):‘Heal the World’, a charity concert presented by the Past Guides of Musaeus College Colombo will be held on Friday, October 17 at 7 p.m. at the Musaeus College auditorium for the worthy cause of raising funds for the dialysis patients of Anuradhapura and its environs.
The show will feature such topflight talents as Sohan and the X’Periments, Magic Box Mix-Up, Thattaya, Kevin Nugera and Mariazelle with a surprise comedy act to spice up the evening.
The past Guides of Musaeus – the Ex-23rd Colombo Club was set up in 1996 primarily to support guiding at Musaeus College.
They have undertaken many charity projects over the years and this year, to mark 125 years of girls’ education at Musaeus and 67 years of guiding at the school they have taken on this project to help the needy patients suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease who are being treated at the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital and their families.
