MAS Holdings prove their prowess

MAS Holdings PLC proved their prowess in Badminton when they swept the board to win the Men’s and Women’s ‘A’ Division championships at the 32nd Inter Firm Team Badminton championship 2015 concluded at the Mercantile Badminton Headquarters courts.MAS Holdings Men emerged winners when they scored a 3-0 win over Hatton National Bank while their women shuttlers made things easy to score a 2-0 victory over Sampath Bank in the respective finals.
Hatton National Bank emerged winners in the Men’s veterans ‘A’ Division when they scored a hard fought 2-1 win over Brandix Apparels and SriLankan Airlines overcame Hatton National Bank 2-0 to win the Men’s ‘B’ Division while in the Women’s segment SAGT defeated MAS Holdings PLC 2-0 to emerge winners.
Nation Trust Bank won the Overall winner Challenge Trophy with 130 points and Brandix Apparels finished second with 126 points.
