It was a proud moment when the graduating students of the Lanka Institute of Fashion Technology (LIFT) unveiled their collections for invitees at the Balmoral Hall of the Kingsbury.
Celebrating LIFT’s 15th year, the show’s finale was the ‘white elegance’ collection by a group of designers to mark the institute’s crystal anniversary.
The show saw students experiment with colour fusion with themes such as geometry, woven dreams, vintage romance etc. Choreographed by Brian Kerkoven, it was directed by the LIFT management.
The winnersA highlight of the show was of course, the much awaited awards. The winners are as follows:
