HJS Alawwa-Ambatale team at the helm

Hayleys Agriculture Food Exports held its annual sports day and staff get-together at the Buddhadasa ground in Pelawatta, Battaramulla recently.

Many sports and recreational events were lined up for the day with the large participation of the staff members of Hayleys, who were present from different parts of the country, namely Biyagama, Alawwa, Ambatale, Padiyathalawa, Mahiyanganaya and Jaffna.

The main attraction of the day was the Inter-Departmental Six-a-side cricket tournament that was won by the HJS Alawwa-Ambatale team.

The day was full of entertainment activities and excitement as the staff members took time of this valuable opportunity to display their hidden talents.

This event was graced by Rizvi Zaheed, the Managing Director of Hayleys Agriculture Holdings, Ananda Pathirage, the Director/CEO of HJSCSF, Jayanthi Dharmasena, the Director/Deputy CEO of Corporate Solution Division, Amjad Rajap, the General Manager of Agri Equipment Division and Vijitha Kumara, the General Manager /Human Resources of Hayleys Agriculture.

This colorful event was organised for the sixth consecutive year by a dynamic team headed by Sunil Rajapakshe, the Manager Human Resource and Productivity Improvement of HJSCSF.
