The first project ‘Signature 12′ is on the verge of completion and was sold out by just word-of-mouth, within the first six months of launch, the company said. The spacious ‘Signature 12′, boasts of 12 apartments on six private floors, were offering either 1800 or 2000 Sq. Ft units which feature three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious dining and living areas along with pantry and wet kitchen. All apartments are also fitted with separate maid quarters. Signature Living says it has three more projects in the pipeline in Nawala and in Rajagiriya.
