Triple win for Club Hotel Dolphin

The hotel has been recognised in the “Top Hotels” category of the 2016 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice™ awards for Hotels, where the Top 25 hotels in each country are selected and recognised. Winners were identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Bargain, B&B’s and Inns, Luxury, Service and Small Hotels. The hallmarks of Travellers’ Choice winners are remarkable service, quality and value. This is the fourth consecutive year the hotel has won this prestigious award.
In addition, “HolidayCheck” – the largest German opinion portal for travelers presented Club Hotel Dolphin the prestigious HolidayCheck Award 2016 with a recommendation rate of 96 per cent and 5 “Suns”. This is the second consecutive year that HolidayCheck has recognised the customer service provided by Club Hotel Dolphin, the hotel said. A third accolade was awarded by the TUI Group – the largest leisure, travel and tourism company in the world, with the TUI Top Quality Award 2016. The Top Quality accolade is awarded to a select group of 250 hotels worldwide that achieves a guest satisfaction rating of 8.7 or more on a scale from 0 to 10.
