Another store for Kelly Felder
Kelly Felder launched their third store earlier this month at 345, Galle Road – Colombo 3. Spread over two floors, only the first floor is currently open to customers, with the second floor expected to open later in the year.
Kelly Felder opened up their flagship store in Dharmapala Mawatha in 2010 before launching their second store in at the Kandy City Centre.
CEO of Kelly Felder Ravi Wickramanayake said he hoped to take the brand to greater heights in the coming years. “We want people to identify Kelly Felder as an international brand with Sri Lankan roots,” he said. Sri Lanka has a great knowledge pool in the apparel industry, with many top brands being made in Sri Lanka, he said and hoped to utilise this expertise to gain recognition for Sri Lanka with their brand.
Their recent partnership with the Reliance Group is expected to help launch their brand in India followed by stores in other countries. Kelly Felder has reached a range of international customers from countries such as Australia and the United Arab Emirates through its website www.kellyfelder.com.
