Hussain Jiffry, Grammy award winner and internationally  recognized bassist was hosted for cocktails by Harpo at the Curve Tapas Bar recently during his brief visit to Sri Lanka, to meet up with a few friends and musicians. Jiffry’s group won the Grammy award in 2014 for Best Pop Instrumental Album for their album ‘Steppin’ Out’ .

He has become one of the most sought-after bassists in Los Angeles. Jiffry is a multi-talented musician, song writer, arranger, producer and music educator and is known for his work with well-known names in the international music scene such as Whitney Houston, Dionne Warwick and Yanni and many more.

Fiffry was on a very short tour in Sri Lanka and during his visit he was seen jamming with his old industry buddies at the Curve.
