Hemas Hospitals takes out full re- accreditation with Australian Council Health Standards International
View(s):Hemas Hospitals was recently awarded full re-accreditation for another four years, of the highly esteemed Australian Council of Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI).
“This gold standard in healthcare, now in its second cycle, confirms the hospital’s outstanding clinical outcomes as well as its commitment to maintaining high quality patient care through stringent adherence to processes and controls, in par with international standards, from the moment the patient enters hospital and until discharged. All three Hemas Hospitals are now internationally accredited with Thalawathugoda, the youngest member of the chain achieving accredited status whilst Wattala and Galle hospitals were being re-accredited after the 4- year cycle,” the hospital firm said in a media release.
