‘Maayavak’ Shaun live in concert

Popular artiste Shaun Max Dissanayake, will launch his latest song ‘Maayavak’ at a variety entertainment show to be held at the Royal College auditorium on Sunday , 27th March starting from 6.30pmThe variety entertainment concert named ‘Shaun Max live in Concert’ will feature some of the popular Sri Lankan singing sensations.
Shaun Max Dissanayake, the son of yesteryear song writer/musician Hubath Dissanayake, is not a new face in the loca music scene. He has penned many songs for popular singers and worked as musician with many Sri Lankan artistes.
His song ‘Maayavak’ is currently a popular hit on ‘youtube’ and will soon be a hit on air, as it will be released to the radio stations.
‘Maayavak’ was penned by Shaun himself and popular singer Keerthi Pasquel created the melody and music arrangement for the song. It was recorded at Keerthi’s Sonic Studio.
Keerthi Pasquel will be the Chief Guest of the ‘Shaun Max live in Concert’, while the singers from ‘Pasquel School of Music’ – Athula Wijayarathna, Shani Nanayakkara and film actress turned beautician Janaki Kurukulasooriya will be on the guest spots at the ‘Maayavak’ Live in Concert.
Music for the concert will be provided by ‘Anura Wijeysinghe and his Orchestra’.
