Mariah Carey cancelled her concert in Brussels, Belgium last Sunday following safety concerns. The singer was to mark her birthday with the concert in the European nation which was at the centre of several deadly bomb explosions last week. Carey took to social media to announce the concert cancellation wowing to return to the City later. Mariah Carey is on her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour which concludes in New Orleans, Louisiana, US on 2nd July.Meanwhile reports from the UK say Mariah Carey has been denied permission to film on location her reality TV show Mariah’s World at the London’s Harrods department store. The reason given was that her presence would be too disruptive to customers.

Barry Gibb is to returning to perform at the major public event in long time since the end of the Bee Gees following the death of his brother and fellow group members Maurice and Robin. Reports suggest Barry will join the band Coldplay to perform a medley of Bee Gees songs on the Pyramid stage on 26th June. This will be during the closing slot at the Glastonbury Festival in England.
