“Finding Dory” computer-animated comedy film, which follows the 2003 film, ‘Finding Nemo’ is now being screened at Savoy cinema Wellawatta.

It is a story of a friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish who reunites with her loved ones, and everyone learns a few things about the real meaning of family along the way.

Returning to the direction after his first sequel; ‘Finding Nemo’, Andrew Stanton, returned as writer alongside Angus MacLane who was the co-director.  Finding Dory focuses on the amnesiac fish Dory, and explores her journey to be reunited with her parents

Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every 10 seconds or so. The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child. With help from her friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them. Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species. Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mom and dad from captivity.

The film features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Hayden Rolence, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy.

Produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures, the film is a presentation by E.A.P. Films.
