View(s):My Appachchi, My World
My Appachchi is an amazing person. He loves me very much. He works really hard to keep our family happy every day.
He says he became the happiest man in the world when he found out my mother was carrying a baby girl in her tummy. So now, I am the princess in his world.
He crawled when I crawled. He put me to sleep when I cried all night.
He carried me to nursery because my tiny feet were hurting. He still holds me really tight when I get vaccines. He makes me feel that I am always safe in his arms. He builds me lovely play houses. He teaches me to ride the bicycle. Bath times are more fun with him. He spoils me on my birthdays. He takes me to see beautiful places.
Most of all whenever I am in my mother’s bad books, my Appachchi considers me otherwise.
I think I have a super cool father. I love him very much and I will make him proud of me one day! Happy Father’s Day to my Appachchi!

An unforgettable trip
We all went to India as a family in the hot month of March. It was the most unforgettable trip I have ever had in my life so far.
We did so much and had a lot of fun.
We stayed in Bangalore for over a week.
My parents took me to the first snow city ever in my life. I had loads of fun playing in and with the snow.
Then came the most unforgettable and scary part of the trip. We were on a jeep safari one morning when this happened.
We were happily enjoying the lovely trees, lakes and all the animals around when suddenly a big black bear jumped into the back of our jeep! It made us all Scream!!!

The three fastest animals on Earth
The three fastest animals on Earth, I wonder if you know who they are?
You have heard of ocean liners
but do you know of ocean hunters?
The sprint sailor of the sea, the Swordfish is the third fastest animal on earth as well as the fastest fish.
It can do 100 – 120 kmph and not
break a sweat.
When you see the lands fastest animal and the world’s second fastest animal rocketing towards you, even the fearless feel fear. The Cheetah is known to reach from standstill to 120 to 140 kmph in three seconds. Thus it earns its place as an excellent predator.
Last but certainly not least,
we have the fastest animal on earth.
You may be surprised to hear that it is a bird. Its speeds have been known to surpass many super-cars. It is the Peregrine Falcon. It can easily reach speeds from 360 – 420 kmph. Victims are caught long before they even realize that they were chased.
Sadly all three of these magnificent animals are near threatened. But thankfully, the world is taking steps forward to save these amazing creatures.

Kungfu Panda 3
Kungfu Panda happens to be one of my favourite animated movies. I was lucky enough to get chosen to go for a showing of Kungfu Panda 3 at Majestic City by Emerging Media. My sister and brother got tickets as well.
It was a day filled with fun. We started off with a double-decker bus ride around the city with a sing-a-long. Then we had face painting in the lobby of MC when it was time for the show. At the entrance we got many goodies from Lego, Cial, Happy Cow, Kelloggs and YoGood. On our way out we also got a photograph as a memorabilia.

The town child
I live in a town.
It is crowded with traffic and feet.
There are buses and motors and trams,
I wish there were meadows and lambs.
The houses all stand in a row.
There is smoke everywhere that I go.
I don’t like the noises I hear…
I wish there were woods very near.
There is only one thing that I love.
And that is the sky.
Far above there is plenty of room in the blue for castles of clouds and me too.

I’m a butterfly
I’m a beautiful butterfly. I was
born in a beautiful way. It is like this. First my mother laid eggs under a leaf. Then a caterpillar came from an egg. After that I became big and made a big cocoon. Then after some time I came out from the cocoon. Then I was a beautiful and small butterfly.
Then my mother helped me fly and suck nectar. My favourite flower is yellow rose because there is much nectar and it is tasty. My friends are telling me I’m the most colourful butterfly in my family.
When it is morning I wake up early. Then I go to a garden with my family. I fly freely in the sky. But some children try to catch me when
I come down.
One day I met a child. She is a girl. She talks with me every day when I come to their garden. Her name is Hashini. Every day when I am free I come to see my friend. But sometimes she is not there because she is going to school. I love her very much.
And I think she also loves me.
