SA Cadet and Junior TT Championships 2016 in progress in Pakistan
South Asian (SA) Junior Table Tennis (TT) Championship Gold medalist Udaya Ranasinghe of Vidyartha College, and Hansani Piyumila of Visakha Vidyalaya were selected to lead the Junior Boys and Girls teams at the SA Cadet and Junior TT Championships 2016 at the Toyata Gymnasium, Habib Public School, Karachi, Pakistan. The 4-day tournament which commenced on June 14 will end today.
The tournament organised by the Pakistan TT Federation under the authority of the SA TT Federation, will be conducted ubder 4 categories – Junior Boys and Girls, Cadet Boys and Girls. Helitha Hendawatharana of Royal College and Thanushi Rodrigo of Mahamaya College, Kandy were selected to lead the Cadet Boys and Girls teams respectively. A contingent of 14 players and 4 officials took wing early this week to Pakistan.
