Lankan cuisine elevated to the next level with Anchor Food Professionals

Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka launched its foodservice brand, Anchor Food Professionals, helping to cement the dairy co-operative’s position as a leader across the foodservice industry.
Anchor Food Professionals will use its strong customer insights and world leading research and development capability to deliver high quality dairy solutions.
The launch was attended by over350 food professionals and featured a demonstration by world renowned French pastry chef Jean Francois Arnaud.
Chef Arnaud said; ‘It was fantastic to be involved in today’s event and to really put Anchor Food Professionals’ products to the test. For me, it’s important to use high quality dairy products that deliver consistent quality and taste each and every time, which the Anchor Food Professionals team are delivering.’
Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka Managing Director, Sunil Sethi, said that the co-operative is committed to adding value to its foodservice customers, moving beyond selling products with a greater focus on creating value-driven partnerships.
“We will work alongside our customers, helping to unlock their potential by providing solutions to improve their productivity, increase yield and taste, reduce wastage and deliver exciting new menu options.”
The Anchor Food Professionals brand will be rolled out across 60 specialised foodservice products destined for 50,000 customers in more than 50 countries.
