Vithma Kumarage was adjudged the 1st runner up, Kaushi Pathirane the 2nd runner up, and Mandeera Saverimutto and Dusheni Miurangi were chosen 3rd and 4th runners- up respectively. The show began with an opening dance by the Channa-Upuli troupe and then it was time for the audience to have their first look at the 15 finalists who presented themselves with grace and poise. They introduced themselves via pre-recorded video and then took the ramp in resort wear, and lastly in glittering evening dresses. An interview segment also gave the audience an opportunity to get to know the contestants.

The mini awards that had been held in the run-up to the pageant were also presented during the evening (see box below).
