The GFS of Sri Lanka presents “Spring Along!”, a sing-along with Mariazelle and Wendo on October 29 at the GFS Hall in Green Path, Colombo 3 at 6.30 p.m. to raise funds towards the expansion of its Hostel.

For the past 59 years, the GFS Hostel has been meeting a great need – that of providing basic subsidized accommodation to girls from the outstations who come into the city for employment. Today, the number of girls coming to Colombo has increased and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find suitable accommodation.

The GFS plans to develop and enhance the facilities it provides so that more girls could benefit by studying and working in Colombo and invites you to support them by spending a musical evening in their beautiful recently air-conditioned Hall. Tickets priced at Rs.1,000 are available at the GFS.
