Nalin Rajapakshe’s “Ran Dedunnak” (The Rainbow), a digital film revolving around a female journalist and a young man is now been shown in CEL theatres including Regal Colombo. Scripted by Sunil Premarathne, the film a Moonlight Films Production, stars Roshan Ranawana, Tanasha Satharasinghe, Rex Kodippili, Nadeeka Gunasekara, Kumara Thirimadura, Mihira Siri Thilak, Raneesh Shyamanga, Dinakshi Priyasad, Susuila Kottege, Nilmini Kottegoda, Shanudri Priyasad, Wasantha Kumarawila and child stars Nisuli Nelithma and Thewindu Gammanpila.
The film depicts how many illegal activities taking place with the blessings of certain corrupt politicians and young journalist’s battle against them.
Behind the screen, Buddika Mangala id the first cameraman and Kapila Sugath Wijayarathna as the secondcameraman. Art director is Suneth Nandalal and make up is by Tharanga Rukmal
