Thirty two teams qualify to second round Under 13 Division One
View(s):At the completion of the first round matches of the Under 13 Division One cricket tournament thirty two teams qualifying to the second round. The tournament saw the participation of 75 teams which were divided into eleven groups.
The teams to end on top in their respective groups after the completion of the first round matches were Lumbini MV, defending champions Prince of Wales, Royal Colombo, De Mazenod, Royal Panadura, St Sebastian’s, Karandeniya Central, Tissa Central Kalutara, Devapathiraja MMV Rathgama, St Anne’s Kurunegala and St Anthony’s Katugastota.
The 32 teams that qualified will be divided into eight groups of four teams in each with the matches being played on league basis and the top and second best teams in each group will qualify to play in the pre-quarter final. Prince of Wales College emerged champions last year champion defeating Mahinda.   -MSA  Â

-  Group ‘P’ – Lumbini MV, Ananda, Dharmapala Kottawa, Ananda Shastralaya Kotte.
-  Group ‘Q’ – Prince of Wales, St. Peter’s, St. Joseph Vaz Wennappuwa, St. Joseph’s College Colombo.
-  Group ‘R’ – Royal Colombo, Nalanda, St. Sylvester’s, Dharmasoka MV Ambalangoda
-  Group ‘S’ – De Mazenod, Isipathana, P. de S. Kularatne MV Ambalangoda, Dharmaraja.
-  Group ‘T’ – Royal Panadura,Mahanama Colombo, S. Thomas’, Maliyadeva Kurunegala.
-  Group ‘U’ – St. Sebastian’s Moratuwa, Devapathiraja MMV Rathgama, Christ King College Ja-Ela, Mahinda Galle
- Group ‘V’ – Tissa Central Kalutara, Karandeniya Central , St. Benedict’s , Kalutara MV.
-  Group ‘W’ – St. Anne’s Kurunegala,St. Anthony’s Katugastota, Carey, Richmond Galle.
