St. Anthony’s Girls School Katugastota posted a massive 207-run win over Pindeniya National School in Kegalle in their U/19 Girls Inter-school limited overs cricket tournament fixture played last week at Sri Rahula College grounds, Katugastota.

Made to bat first St. Anthony’s girls cruised to 230 for two wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Sachini Dayarathna top scored with 91 off 47 balls inclusive of 16 boundaries while Sanduni Nisansala contributed a valuable 72 (4 x 12) off 44 balls . The visitors in their turn were bundled out for a paltry 23 runs in 9.4 overs with Nethmi Malshani doing the damage to claim best figures 4/04.
