Calling entries for International Theatre Festival
View(s):Application for the Sri Lankan productions for the Colombo International Theatre Festival is now being called. The productions can be either on short or long categories and the selected plays will be showcased along with the international plays at the 2017 International Theatre Festival.
Only limited number of plays will be selected and the people involved in the selected plays would get the opportunity to participate in the paralle programmes such as international forums, conferences and workshops.
Short play entries could be 20 to 30 minutes in duration and non-verbal or minimal dialogue experimental plays in Sinhala, Tamil or English languages.
Long play entries can go from 45 to 90 minitues in all three languages.
Self prepared application in English should be sent together with a copy of the script or a resume of the concept should be sent to Inter Act Art Black Box Theatre House, 295, U.E. Perera Mawatha, Obeysekerapura, Rajagiriya.
