‘Guitar Fest 2017’:Festival of Guitar music

The seventh annual festival of Guitar music ‘Guitar Fest 2017’ will commence on 20th January and will continue till 27th January 2017. The concerts will be held in Colombo, Kandy, Badulla, Batticaloa and conclude with a final festival in Jaffna.
Concerts will also be performed at University of Sri Jayawardenepura, University of Peradeniya, and at the Eastern University. All concerts are free of charge for all music lovers and public. A few foreign guitarists will also feature in these concerts. The ‘Guitar Fest 2017’ concert will jointly be organized by the Department of Culture and the Guitar Association of Sri Lanka.
