Amaya Hills in Kandy has place a special seasonal plan for Christmas celebration and to welcome the New Year in a true Kandyan style extravaganza.The New Year dance ‘Duruthu Udanaya 2016’ will come alive at Rasawasala Terrace on the Eve of 31st December featuring popular Sri Lankan band ‘SA – ZETS’ with Latiano Dance act by ‘Sola heats’.
Experience the real seasonal atmosphere ‘Unduwap Asiriya’ a special Christmas festival at Amaya Hills, Kandy.
‘Unduwap Asiriya’ is the special festive package created by Group Coordinating Chef ‘Sumane’ and the Executive Chef ‘Weere’ and the Food and Beverage Manager ‘Hiudath Ratnasiri’. The team has created a novel theme for the festive season at the main Restaurant such as, ‘Seethala Unduwap Raathriya’ on December 25th, ‘Mahanuwara Kadaveediya (Sri Lankan Night) on December 26th, ‘Dambane Raathriya’ on December 29th and the taste of International Cuisine on December 28th. The ‘Pasta/ Chinese Night’ featuring special Christmas buffet with traditional celebrations and a special lunch buffet on the Christmas day and night at Rasawasala’ will be the main attraction ’.
‘Pera Aparadiga Rasamusuwa International buffet combination of 20 varieties of dishes, Baaratha Raathriya’ -Indian Night including special Indian dishes for the festive season were some of the highlights of the seasonal programme.
