NO PLACE IN SPORTS

A top official of an international sports body has no sport to call his own now! The Top Man in Sport had ordered him to take charge of Judo, but later the Top Man had other ideas and did not want him to join this body. Just to think he, who has been in the thick of international things earlier has no place now in sports circles. In the past he was involved in a sport that dealt in racquets.
‘NO’ TO MUSCLEMEN
Doctors are scared to attend Muscleman Competitions as they have to perform urine tests to determine that these muscled men have not taken any drugs to enhance their positions. It is a well known fact that musclemen take drugs so that they can maintain their levels in the sport. To make matters worse at a similar contest held earlier some muscled men had threatened the doctors not to submit false reports. Because of this, doctors are fighting shy of submitting reports on musclemen.
ATTENDING MEETINGS AT HOME
Elle is very much in the news these days with the sport being ear-marked to be the national sport, pushing aside the present national sport which is played with a ball and a net. However the present boss of this sport has not been attending meetings and the only two meetings he has attended has been at his home.
NO OBSERVERS IN FUTURE?
Now to the most popular sport in the country: A top selector has submitted his resignation saying that he has enough of the sport .Insiders, 
however, say that, he has resigned because the body has decided not to send observers to foreign countries as it costs a lot of money…providing them air-fare, accommodation etc. Requests have been made asking him to withdraw his resignation. But with no trips abroad, will he accede to this request?
GOOD ONLY TO GIVE LECTURES
A sports body is on the lookout for a national coach and had submitted the name of an experienced person, who is said to be in his eighties, to the body who is in charge of sports in the country. Earlier a coach of this sports body had quit his post saying that his salary was not paid. The sports body in charge of things had said that the name of the person, who is in his eighties, is only good for giving lectures.
