SLGGA 100 Cakes from 100 Hands
View(s):Sri Lanka Girl Guides Association had a unique stall at the Colombo Christmas Fair (Hawker Street) of the Colombo Municipal Council from December 22 – 24, 2016. The stall entitled “100 Cakes from 100 Hands” had 100 different types of cakes, muffins, tarts and cupcakes, all homemade with the finest ingredients. Not forgetting health, there were cakes made from fresh fruit, healthy nuts and whole grain which are full of taste and goodness. Some other colourful knick- knacks were also sold.
The proceeds from the stall will go towards the meals and snacks to be given to the Girl Guides from far off areas who will attend the Girl Guide Centenary Rally in March 2017 in Kandy.
