Celebrity chef Andrew Walsh to cook up a gourmet meal
View(s):Calling all gourmets! The Colombo Supper Club is presenting a one-off dinner created by celebrity chef Andrew Walsh this February. Chef Walsh is the man behind Singapore’s well known Esquina restaurant and also spearheaded one of Singapore’s hottest restauransts CURE, which is known for its cutting edge cuisine inspired by the season’s best produce. He has trained under famous names such as Richard Corrigan, Tom Aikens and Jason Atherton in Michelin-star kitchens from Dublin to Singapore and New York.
The dinner will be held on February 17 at 7 p.m. at Semondu Dutch Hospital.
Singaporean lawyer and travel enthusiast Naserah Tyebally is the brains behind the scene personally curating the wining and dining concept. Her first foray in Sri Lanka was the successful dinner by Chef Rishi Naleendra from Singapore’s Cheek by Jowl restaurant at the Colombo Supper Club last November.
