View(s):Hilton Colombo’s all-day dining restaurant, the GRAZE Kitchen is celebrating Chinese New Year with an extravagant Chinese New Year Set Menu from yesterday (January 28) to February 11 during lunch and dinner. Guests could enjoy the hotel’s Chinese Chef Yu Min’s unique creations during the promotion.
There’s a four course set menu with a choice of starter, soup, main course and a dessert.
Sample an assorted dim sum basket as a starter which consists of Prawn Siu Mai topping with Tobiko, Chicken & Pickled olive mini buns, Crystal Harkau topping with green onion sauce served with traditional dipping, a choice of stuffed stewed lion head (Pork) with crab meat or traditional Chinese herbal hen soup and stir fried blue swimmer crab with new year rice cake in black pepper sauce, Deep fried pork spare ribs with minced garlic & seasoned salt, special chilli dipping sauce with wok fried assorted vegetables, chicken and shitake mushroom dumpling, boiled sticky rice ball stuffed with black sesame paste as the main course, followed by Chilled Mango sago cream with pomelo and delicate fruit platter.
