View(s):A discussion on ‘Premaya Nam’, debut film direction by two brothers Kalpana Ariyawansa and Vindana Ariyawansa will be held at 3.30 pm on March 13 at Mahaweli Centre, Colombo 7.
Organised by Swarna Sanka Foundation, talks will be delivered by writer and civil rights activist Gamini Viyangoda, Upul Shantha Sannasgala and writer Sumithra Rahubadda.Premaya Nam is now being screened at CEL and Rithma circuit theatres including Regal Colombo and Lido Borella.
Chosen for 15 International Film Festivals, including, Beijing, Shanghai, Goa, Kerala, Delhi, London, Florida and Chicago, the film stars Shyam Fernando, Samanalee Fonseka, Suranga Ranawaka and Dr. Sathis Wijemanne amongst others and it revolves around a love story with protagonist suffering from a complex mental condition.
