This lady held a key position in this sport but she was kicked out by a top official. But another top official was quick to help her and gave her a position in one of his companies. It looks as if all is not well between these two officials, belonging to the same sport. On the surface all seems well with smiles all around. But everything is on the boil underneath.
Up side down
There were hectic plans to celebrate if the side had won back at home and the team was in the semi-finals. But sadly the team lost. There were even plans to bring home the team in a motorcade. All plans turned Up Side Down with the defeat.
Haste is waste
A forged signature has set the wheels rolling in this two wheeled sport. Apparently the signature had been urgently needed for an important document and this official had signed on behalf of the official concerned to speed up things up. But the forgery was spotted and now the matter may end up in courts.
Old documents with new words
Old certificates are holding center stage at a key meeting of a well known sport. These old certificates state that the officials concerned had forwarded the documents in order to prove their prowess in the sport. But the strange thing is that some of these old documents had been re-written with new words to prove their worth.
Defeat plays havoc
Stories abound this major sport and the latest is that at a press briefing the name of a key official had been misspelled. But before this official could take his seat, the error was corrected. Almost everything seems to go wrong with this sport. Could it be due to the defeat overseas?
Funds a major problem
Still on the same sport, a major foreign team is due to visit the island in the near future and still plans have not been completed for this fast approaching tour. It looks as if the sport is lacking funds as a 250 million loan has been requested from this major bank but no word has been received from the bank to date!
Slippers solve the problem
This lady had vowed that she will not trample the premises of the sport concerned as she had been deprived of two months’ salary. Nevertheless she was present at the premises to collect the cheques, after the problem was solved. Insiders say that she came to collect the salary wearing slippers and not barefooted, as she had sworn that she will not trample the said premises!
