The menu will feature ‘St Louis-style Ribs’, ‘Creole-spiced Chicken Thighs’, ‘Spicy Pork Chops’; prices of each item start from Rs. 650/- nett per portion
Speaking of the launch of the poolside barbecue, the hotel’s food and beverage manager Priyal Wijesuriya is confident that the promotion will be well received by companies around the hotel, especially those who prefer light entertainment and comfort food after a long day.
