AAC holds workshop for members of The All Ceylon Driving School Owners’ National Association

“Don’t Hit & Run”, an awareness programme was conducted by the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC) under the “M” Project in collaboration with the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile (FIA) on Tuesday, June 13 in the Association Auditorium.

The programme was addressed by Chairman, National Road Safety Council Dr. Sisira Kodagoda, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Motor Traffic, J.A.S. Jayaweera, Attorney-at-Law, Member of the Executive Committee Bar Association Nalinda Indatissa, Managing Director, Global Institute of Road Safety, Dr. Rohitha Rathnaweera, and Director of Motor Traffic and Road Safety SP Indika Hapugoda.

The workshop was conducted for members and instructors of the All Ceylon Driving School Owners’ National Association. About 60 representatives from all over the island participated in the workshop. The Association has planned to conduct four more workshops in the North, South and the Eastern Provinces in the near future.
